I am a Yorkshire lass by birth but on marrying I moved to the West Midlands where I have now lived for around 30 years. We have a son and a daughter.
My working life has revolved around the Civil Service and as a pastoral worker for the Methodist Church.
After being a Nationally Accredited Lay Preacher, for a number of years, I answered the call to train as a Minister of Word and Sacraments for the United Reformed Church.
In 2018 I was given pastoral charge of The United Church Lye which is both a Methodist and United Reformed Church.
I enjoy reading, walking, within reason, playing badminton, poorly, and doing cross stitch.
