It is with immense sadness that we announce the closure and sale of Lawrence Lane Methodist Church – which itself was the coming together of several chapels many years ago.

We give thanks for the faithful life and witness of the worshipping community at Lawrence Lane, and it was wonderful to see so many family and friends who returned for the final circuit service : the Order of Service is available to view here.  In the face of such sadness, we are reminded that we are a pilgrim people and we give thanks that God journeys with us through times such as these.
